300 gal filtration

I have 2 300 gallon fish tank. One will have 3 male flower horn (divided) and the other will have rays and oddballs. I have already decided what "type" of filtration I want and I also would prefer not doing DIY. The filter won't be able to fit under the tank so I would like it to be at the side. I would like to have 2 35-40 gallon (clear) tubes of Hel-x moving bed media (1 for each tank). My budget is $1200 for both. Anyone know of a company that can do this? I emailed bashes and they said for my price they couldn't do it. I The tubes of kalends would just be 2 big media reactors. If anyone knows who sells reactors this big?
