I'm just assuming large oddball patterned clown loaches are almost never imported due to the assumption that the classic 3 bar patterns are preferred. So...just gotta grow out my own. ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1418595422.380800.jpgImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1418595445.452449.jpg

Love the lack of full bars!

Sometimes theyll develop spot patterns in the blank spaces as they get older too which is pretty cool to see because theyre not born with them. Sometimes on one side, sometimes on both. Sometimes not but either way nice pickups 888.

It's either they send the larger specimens with normal patterns cause that's whats in demand here or they keep the oddballs cause that's whats in demand there.lol

I've been seeing those no middle stripe patterns more often lately for some reason, love them

Wonder if RD knows why we only see the smaller oddballs for the most part and the larger ones imported are usually standard pattern. RD??

That's a great point, never thought of it that way. Just the same as when they filter out the 3bar IT datnoids.

But, a nearly strip-less large clown loach would be awesome!!!!
