Strange IT

This guy looked a little gaunt when I picked him up, so I offered some pellets. He refused the pellets, so I tried some shrimp. He refused the shrimp too.

This was from a couple of days ago. He has eaten some Mysis since then, but everyday he's still eating plants. I've owned a number of Dats, and I've seen them get plant material in there mouths by mistake while hitting other food items, but not like this.

I don't have any other tanks that could house such a small fish. I'm not that concerned with him eating plants now that he's taking Mysis, but it is quite odd.
