Black Diamond spots???

One of my female BD has what looks like tiny new spots coming in. Do they generate new and more spots or is this something I should be concerned about?

I'm almost positive is possible for bds to develop more spotting like p14s do over time? I may be wrong though so don't quote me.

pictures would help

but yeah they do develop more spotting.
