I googled this before and came up with a ton of threads asking this same question. Apparently omega one adds two types of preservatives while nls only uses one that they legally have to add. Also, omega one is supposed to have more fat than nls. I think it all boils down to preference,though. I originally bought omega one since it's readily available near me but my fish wouldn't even attempt to eat it. I bought nls and it's a feeding frenzy.

NLS is more easily digested because of their ingreadients, either one is a good food but I always go for the NLS.

I also use both as well but am trying to phase out hikari and I have a metea that is giving me a hard time. She wont eat the nls matter of fact only thing she like now is sinking hikari wafers. Was just wondering if its worth it to go through the whole food battle
