Predator tank setup help!

Before anyone can recommend anything, we need to know a few things.

What size is the tank you have or what size is the one you are buying?
What type of filtration will you have?
How much flow will you have?
Etc...

Get the tank first and then decide on stocking. It will work out better. I mean for some of the fish you are suggesting there is quite a variant as far as minimum tank sizes go. When you say gar is it a alligator gar your wanting? Or hujeta gar? I mean there is quite a difference as far as requirements for the fish you listed. Is it a 180 gallon you have?
