Are API Fresh and Saltwater test kits the same?

I have Freshwater tanks and was given as a gift the API Saltwater Master Test Kit. Can I use this kit on my freshwater tanks?
I know id have to get a freshwater color cart but all of the bottles look the same as the freshwater kit..

I don't believe they're the same but from my experience API sw test kits are horrible. I was getting such bad reasons that were completely different from my lfs. Salifert is by far the best for sw but it's more expensive

Horrible --- Agree !!!

API Freshwater Test is a waste of money.
