Piranha or Arowana?

how can I make them more active fishes? How long can they live in a 60 gallon?
whats requirements do I need for the tank as for as temp, ph, and things.

I don't want to sound rude but 60G is nothing for those fishes you're listed even if you getting 1~2 inches Piranha they will out growth that 60G in few months same for 6 inches Jardini. If you want they are active and healthy, happy then you should try to get a bigger tank! As for other information PH should be around 6.5~7.5, temp 75F~86F

The only piranha that belong in a 60 gallon are wimples. As for arowana not a single species should be put in one unless your using it to quarantine or growout to a MUCH bigger tank. Sorry for being blunt but it's the truth.

One thing I've learned is to get the tank first, then the fish. It took forever for me to get my 125 setup. Sometimes stuff doesnt work out as planned.

+3 I planned on getting a bigger house that way I could fit a bigger tank. that hasn't worked out yet so I have been selling the fish as they continue to grow and are getting to large for my current tank.
