It was just my experience last time I ordered from them/from Gage. It was winter last year during that cold snap, so some fish weren't available, the shipment got put off by weather, had to do 2 shipments instead of all in one, it took me a while to get the second shipment, and then it took a while to get a partial refund. I started out doing it all through text/email, then started just calling Gage directly. Gage had some other stuff going on, I think the guys he had working for him must have had other stuff going on. Maybe I just ordered during their off season--I don't know. But, it didn't go well.
