Measure voltage?

Not sure what your "E cat" is but in order to measure voltage you need to get a digital voltage meter to see how much that recepiticle is giving you.

i don't think this meter will work for your situation because the EC gives a rush or pulse of electric so you need a meter that measures rush current.. the expensive meters have a rush voltage like in motor setup where the first second or so the voltage jumps really high and then drops back down to the listed voltage or current...good luck with it..
