Rock wall?

So on another thread i asked about using plexy glass to make a wall to separate water and land for a lizard tank only problem is my tank is acrylic, is there a way any of you fellow MFK know of to make a wall using river rocks that would work to keep the water separated? Maybe some kind of silicone or something that will hold the wall together and keep it water prof and secure to the silicone tank
