30 Gal Stock Ideas

We now have an empty 30 gal that I would like to do something with. Not sure what to put in it but I know I'm pretty limited due to the size. I'm not really into mollies, tetras, swordtails, guppys etc... I was thinking maybe some figure 8 puffers? (I know they're brackish). Can they have any tankmates without aggression? Or some pea puffers. I've also been considering some smaller type cichlids, just not sure what. Open to suggestions

Figure 8 and bumblebee gobies works.

You could do like 6 dwarf puffers with Oto cats and even try some shrimp and perhaps something fast like white cloud minnow or zebra danio.

For cichlids apistos or shell dwellers would work.

Idk if she is too interested in natives. This is her first tank by herself. I (Cody) stock and maintain all of the other tanks. So this is just hers. She really like puffers and bumblebee gobys.
