Here is the video that led to me starting the thread: YouTube - Pet Sharks and their Tank Mates

Life looks lively for the fish in this aquarium. The water appears choppy, and the shark looks quite large. I cannot tell how large the tank is, but I'm surprised it's possible to keep Angel fish happily in this setup, as I once owned a stunning Queen Angelfish, and it swam about quite peacefully.

Shark's are great, I get the impression some are not so suited to being kept as pets compared to others. I have kept Marine Fish successfully (gave it up some years ago), learnt the importance of water quality, and the various needs of different species, not to mention their eating habits. I thought it might be interesting to have a thread where those in the know could point out the pro's and con's of various set-up's that include Shark(s)

This tank looks quite impressive. I'm guessing the shark will outgrow it sooner or later. I wonder how long the Regal Tang will last, as I'm guessing the Shark might eat it at some point? Supposing the Tang puts it's spines out, would that damage the shark?

Such an elegant, effortless-swimming, agile eating machine. Lovely.

Not many saltwater keepers here, though.
