Selling my 12" Mirror Carp, aquarium raised from 1", very tame, friendly w/ great appetite. Mirror carp are a genetic mutation of common carp and koi, not a separate species. Perfect for a koi pond, something a bit different. $25 Would be nice if you could also adopt it's two BFF 7" goldfish friends for free, they follow each other constantly in the tank since babies. Additional free goldfish available if you want 'em. Pick Up Only, no shipping, SoCal, L.A. area, S.F. Valley 91306…P1192006.JPGP1192005.JPG

Yeah, wish you were closer too! These fish would really be happiest in a large pond with other koi. The carp is still growing of course, only about a year old. Not only would you be getting a very outgoing carp with a great personality, you'd also be saving it from the wrath of 'Godzilla' The giant c. fowleri catfish it's forced to share it's 130 G tank with that likes to beat up it's tank mates at times to prove she's queen of the tank. The carp's large scales are like armor and have saved it from more than one attack in the past…
Pic's one of it with friends and a face shot

Thanks Dive, Yes it is a nice looker for an oddball fish, their scale patterns change around as they grow which I find interesting. Wish I could ship too but not a real option for me, if I could I'd trade it for the next baby flathead cat ya catch!

Going collecting with traps tomorrow but I doubt I'll get any small flatties this time of year and as far as I'll be upstream from the river. When I hit up deer creek in a month or two I might find one or two if you'd still be interested then.
