I'm looking into building an acrylic tank with the dimensions in the title. 60Lx30Wx24H I was wondering if I could get away with using 1/2" on the right/left sides, bottom and top, and 3/4" in the front an back panels, to keep cost down. Also looking for a place to get good priced cell cast. If anyone has suggestions I'd appreciate them.

Thx man, is that just so the seams have the same thickness all the way around, or? Ive looked at commercially available acrylic tanks and more than one has been 1/2in all the way around, top-to-bottom. would making it 3/4's reduce bowing, as the tank ages, or is it just for longevity in generally?
