So i currently have a 60 gallon setup and want to upgrade to 75 gallons in a few weeks. I'm concerned because I live on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house. Should I be concerned about the extra weight on the floor? I know the house was built in 1932. I have no way of seeing floor joists or anything like that.

No idea, but a quick search of the web shows:

60 Gallon 48 3/8 x 12 7/8 x 23 7/8 111 (lbs empty) 710 (lbs full)

75 Gallon 48 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 21 3/8 140 (lbs empty) 850 (lbs full)

So your looking at 140 pounds more i guess?

I don't see any problems because it's almost identical footprint, I used to have 100G tank on a 2nd floor apartment. If you worry about extra weight then re-enforce the floor with some plywood.
