How long ago did you seal it? Having water in it does nothing toward helping the silicone cure. You need the tank to be empty and dry for it to properly cure. Full cure time is usually about 10-14 days, depending on a couple factors.

The tanks that I reseal I usually let sit for a couple days. Making sure the floor I fill it on is completely dry so I can see if there are any problems. 10 day cure is good. I usually go 7

What is the air temp of the room where the tank was curing?

There recommended temp is probably mid 70s, so you should be good to go after 10 days
