Floating particles in planted tank

I have a 220 gallon planted tank with some larger fish like geophagus and some oddball catfish including plecos, I have alot of water movement and two canister filters but my only problem is that I seem to have alot of floating particles in my tank that I can never seem to get rid of. Anyone have any tips on how to either remove or prevent this? Thanks!
