I have 5 istlanum's at around 1-1.5" in a 75. I took a ton of media from my old cycled filters & put them in 2 canisters. My ammonia is .25 & my nitrite is .5. Nitrate is 0. What is going on?
Are they just not putting out enough food for my bacteria or what. Ive never had this happen & I just added prime along with some quick start api. Im bringing over a old filter off a cycled tsnk as well for good measure. Im surprised they are not all bloated. I noticed I lost 2 today which made me check my levels.
