Silver arowanas at that size usually sell for $30-$40 each, no joke man. At that size, they're more of a burden than anything else. They're pretty common fish and most people don't have enough space to raise them, so the demand is low. I'm not trying to hate, I'm just telling you the truth. I know all of this because I had a 2 foot long silver arowana that was a pain to sell. I finally sold him for $40 after a few weeks of trying.

Just fyi Johnny is being truthful most LFS won't even take them due to they take up to much tank space . I am also not hating they are real nice fish but a very hard sell .

Plus any potential buyers (especially on mfk) will nitpick you about whether your aro has drop eye and offer you $20 for your silver aro just because of that. I've sold a bunch of aros and people love to complain about the smallest defect about aros. Like "Oh you've got a 12" Jardini but one eye has slight drop eye? I'll do you a favor and take him off your hands for $40."

You're a lot better off selling them on Craigslist, trust me on that.
