Those are most definitely not Synodontis angelicus
What are they, then?

Synodontis Angelicus is what my fish vendor labelled them as

Respectfully-Angelicus are spotted. The striping occurs when an angelicus is interbred with another species of Synodontis. You can do a search under Synodontis angelicus cross. Good luck.

Definitely not pure Angelicus. Mine is 18 yrs old and never had a pattern like that. It is very nice looking though.

thanks

most likely crossed with S. eupterus judging by the pattern and dorsal fin
the dorsal is more similar to a Syn Angelicus. And Eupterus are speckled. My cats are marbled.. What makes you think Eupterus?
