That is absolutely a VATF. Keep in mind guys that there are five distinct genetic and allopatric morphs of Hydrocynus vittatus that are currently awaiting descriptions as subspecies. There is quite a bit of variety inside of what constitutes "VATF".

This is a vatf but this is how it looked like before it got picked up. And totally pellet trained from floating/sinking. With some TLC i think yall can get it back into shape bump
