I guess it'll be difficult to do much now that its filled. Im assuming you got all the old silicone off with a razorblade? Sadly glass is actually quite permeable, that could be permanently on the glass.

If the tank were empty I'd try scrubbing it with isopropyl alcohol or vinegar, but sadly I think it may be permanent, but I could be wrong.

If vinegar wont help , buffing will . But you have to empty the tank !

Have you try using a razor......like a brand new, super sharp one?

more than like you will have to live with it. glass is both porous and viscous. unless tempered.

You could wet polish the glass and it might pull out the marks only thing to worry about is the getting all of the residue off the glass. I have had a 125 that i ended up just dealing with the marks. Have you tried " bar keepers friend" that may work
