Looking to see what lights people are using (LED strips)? I have a Marineland double LED on my 75 and love it. Looking to see pictures and if anyone is using 2 36 inch strips?

I have 2 36" and 1 48" current-usa satellite+ on my 72"x30"x25". Had the 48" when I had a 125 and was happy but needed more light when I upgraded.

2x36'' Coralife Aqualight Freshwater, total of 4x 96 Watts compact fluorescent

Great lights. Very strong plant growth. Very natural look to the spectrum.

I bought a 60 inch ligjt fixture on ebay called eco green...only 6o inch one i found. it was about 200 bucks and i love it. Has timers and dual ballasts blue and white leds with night setting
...see my webpage at my210.simdif.com for more info. I can get the model number if u are interested. I didn't want to have two fixtures on my 6 ft tank because I once dropped one in the water moving my versatops

I use two 46" T5 HO. I I like the look i the centre of the tank brightly lit and dimmer on the ends. Densly planted in the middle and wood on the sides

I love the way that looks :)
+1. I don't care for overly bright tank......and neither do most fish. Unless you have plants, you want to stay away from high output(HO) lights. Otherwise, you will have algae every where and a good possiblity of green water. I am all LEDs now, lower power consumption and I like the natural 'sunlight going through water' look.
