I decided to overpay the price my LFS was trying to sell the RTC today ($150 but talked him down to $125) and saved it from that disaster of a place .. Keeping them here until our MEGA acrylic tank is manufactured.

And yes i am aware my small aro is in danger, i moved him to a smaller tank and rehoming it now.

One thing i noticed when i returned home after the rtc was put in his new home was i saw half digested goldfish floating around so i guess he puked it up, anyone know why? Stress , maybe new environment? Also when should i start feeding him ? (Market shrimp)

Nice, that mega tank better be huge cause RTC’s need about 1,000 gallons when full grown. I’d say stress from the move for why it may have regurgitated the goldfish.

I'd be worried about the rtc eating the larger aro as well. They can't be trusted.

I'd consider a temporary holding pond for the RTC...they are one of the more voracious cats...with biiiiiiiiiiig ass mouths. Even if he can't swallow the big aro he may try anyhow.
