Mods feel free to move this thread but i prefer to go to this section due to more traffic. My mom heard about my sudden fish deaths and bought me two black and yellow puffers about a week ago on a Tuesday. I know about how they need crunchy foods to keep their teeth in check and that they need brackish water. But my question is that how long can they survive in freshwater that contain some salt? Found out that my puffers have somatic nematodes, how long can they live with these parasites permanently stuck under their skin ?
