It's some type of female Amphilophus somthing, it's too stressed to be sure exactly what it looks like to be honest. I could be a female Trimac, or not.

Kinda looks like a stress out Festae. The stripping and the eye dot on the tail leads me to this thought, but I feel its still mixed with something
