Hey Everyone, Ive been running k1 moving bed filte run my sump of my saltwater tank for probably 6-7 months now, just wondering if its ok if I put it all in a sack and have it sit in my skimmer chamber for a few weeks...so thats how i can have one of my fish with territorial issues sit in the sump and hopefully when he is placed back in the tank he will "forget" his territory s I don't want to rerock everything.
So will the k1 media still help filter the water if I have it in a sack in one of the chambers for the time being?
