So i bought used 125 gallon tank, upon closer inspection today it looks like silicone in corners is little bit damaged. Its not much just the thin part that comes on atop of glass and the bead is really thick. Looking at my 90 its probably twice as thick. Should i be concerned? Previous owner had it filled prior to me buying it.

If it is just the thin part at the edge lifting up I would not worry about it. If the whole bead is lose/lifting I would be worried about it.

The silicone in the corners isn't structural. so that woulsnt really worry me alot. The Silicone between the panes of glass is load bearing. I'd keep an eye on it, that could be an indication that the primary seal could be in bad shape alsom

Probably just wear-and-tear from maintenances like algae scrubbing
