So my dilema is that I've been looking at a BEAUTIFUL ray Leo Bigspot on aquabid from a seller in Fremont CA, but I've notice that a reputable overseas seller Mark Huveneers had the same identical ray in a YouTube video. I've tried to get in contact with Mark but no luck. Is anyone familiar with the add/seller from aquabid? THANKS in advance...

Shouldn't be a dilema. Rays are illegal in California. Plain and simple, it is a scam.

There are sellers in CA- but this is a scam and if you want to prove it ask him for a picture or video with your name and today's date in th pic/vid
True. But I can't think of a single ray keeper in California stupid enough to post a ray for sale on the Internet.

To the OP if you are in Canada check in with Cheon as I think he has the ability to get ray from Mark.

The asking price for this ray is another red flag.
