Is there any way to identify these ? my male hasn't grown in the last year hes also a difrrent shade compared to my female who is beastley at 18 inches.

The top pic has the markings of a classic mini, the outer ring spotting is a sure sign.
He's mature also judging by the second pic.

by outer ring spoting do you mean orange black and your talking about how its ringed around he black area ? on the spots ? i guess that brings me to my next question possible can a minnie male nail my monster female ? david and golith case size wise.

Hope you don't mind me adding this pic of one of my own bred female mini's. Forget the base colour as this is variable with most rays, its the first 3 rings that cover the rays first 2" of the outer disc, perfect small round spots. I must point out that because of slight variations in patterns this trait is not so evident with every single mini but in the majority it is.

Your male will be able to mate his bigger female when the time is right.

For comparison. Here is a male AAA grade normal sized Marble I bred a few years ago...no outer ring spotting here?
