Question for spider experts

All spiders are venomous there are venomous spiders there like brown recluse's and black widow's. My uncle was bit by a brown recluse very painful large bump. I wouldn't call it a bump more like huge swelling so just be careful and when in doubt don't mess with it. http://www.spiders.us/species/filter/mississippi/

Without a picture, there is no way we can identify what you are talking about. Most spiders you run into on a day to day bases have a very weak venom, but like what has already been said, the brown recluse and black widow do have a medically significant bite.
