What are the chances of auratus frys surviving in my tank filled with other adult cichlids? The tank contains rocks and fake plants as hiding places. I'm asking this because my auratus is currently holding and I don't have an available isolation container right now.

Some may survive if there are small enough places for them to hide.

I find unless the idea is to gain profit from selling fries that letting the fish do their thing is much better then trying to raise them all in isolation in an unnatural factory way. The couple actually get better at breeding; egg lays & fried protection as time goes.
The community tank often simulate the same kind of threats fries would face in a natural environment. I`ve had fries of hemichromis guttatus survive in community tanks but it was one or two out of 500 and their parents we're especially amazing care takers. They grew to adult size and became part of the community.
