I reccomend you try hornwort, it is a low lightvplant that can withstand bein g knocked around d by the turtles. You can also try bamboo. Just watch out not to add any toxic plants Incas the turtles eat them like have fern

Java Fern and anubias nana are to good low light plants also water sprite works well either floated or planted.

I wouldn't recommend hornwort. It's like a dead Christmas tree for your aquarium.
