We both got our fish from SA I believe. Mine is near 7" already. My temp is set @ 82. I always keep young fish in warmer water. Try bumping up the temp. 74 is too cold.

I agree . Increase temp and remove any stressors from the tank . They are tough fish it may pull through. Keeps lights dim also to reduce stress I also wouldn't try feeding until it's acting normal again

From what I heard about puffer fish, they are aggressive and pick on other fish. I'm not an expert in this but maybe try to separate them and see if ur aro will get better

If you want to raise a small aro a couple inches or with yolk sack still. Here is what I have done and the only time I have ever lost an aro was due to it jumping out of the tank.
Start a small tank 10g. Make sure there are no escape holes. Run a small bubble filter or HOB. No other tank mates. Water changes every few days only taking out small amounts of water each time. Feed live brine shrimp or blood worms til it's large enough to start trying other foods. Baby aros can be difficult but proper care and you will be fine.

Ok well I came home today and he Sadley passed on. Are baby aros harder to raise then older ones?
Sounds like a question that should've been asked before acquiring.
