need help with cycling my pond

need help with cycling my pond,
its about 3000 Gal.

I currently have 2 irridiscent sharks and lots of rosy barbs, tiger barbs and swordtail in the pond.
I've also added some market fish and prawn heads into the filter, but I'm getting no ammonia reading yet how much do i need to get at least 2PPM ammonia?
i dont think ammonia is available here.

any suggestions?
for the bacteria i dont think itll be a problem as i have aquariums with really dirty sump .
I just need to get ammonia reading first,

Up up any tips? Im unable to find pure Ammonia here ,how much marketfish do i have to add?
Also do i have to keep on adding? Or once it gets to desired ppm itll
Aintain ammonia?
