I had one of these in the past and he was eating large feeders on a regular basis but never seemed to grow. Do you know how fast they grow and if so is there a good way to get them to grow fast?

I bought two five inchers from aquascape two weeks ago. They are great fish and where in great condition when I bought them.

just keep feeding them everyday and do weekly water changes and they should grow an inch " a month on the average..

I really want some...but the whole has to have live food thing could be a problem...feeders aren't eactly that cheap around here....
