No I am as green as the grass, Unfortunately. But I am just an average Joe living in suburbia with the wife, house, picket fence... Lets talk though?

Bowfin? I have not kept one, but I have kept many other types of "predatory fish" I just have a soft spot, either in my head or my heart for the angry little snakehead buggers.

Seeing the similarities, reminds me of the wives tale/story of the Piranhas/Pacus in Lake Washington. Are the Bowfins otherwise aggressive and snakehead like? From where do they come.

bowfins are native to eastern and some southern sates . they get fairly large and can be mean as hell. Air brether liek snakeheads im trying to find some pics of my gachuas right now. They aint as mean as other snakeheads but its each individual fish has difrent personality
the average max is 9 inchs and that take 4 years give or take.
