Ok..I just picked up my new tank and it was just broke down from being established. The tank still has the sand, driftwood etc.. in it. I forgot a tarp and couldnt cover it on the ride home... It poured and i drove about an hour with the pouring rain falling into the tank. Noticed a good amount of water in it when I got home. Do I need to completely drain the tank of sand, water etc. I was hoping on just throwing it up as fast as possible to benefit from any bacteria still in the sand and bioballs. I am just nervous cause of "acid rain" and such.. Will the rain water hurt the fish? Or is this an ignorant post all together?
