it looks like on the site you register then you complete surveys to earn lures.
my guess is the survey companies pay the site and then the site gives you lures.

And don't sign up with an email that you want to keep. The email that you use is going to get spammed like there is no tomorrow. The more questions you answer, the more spam you will get. I tried one of those a long time ago and spent hours waiting to get to the end of the survey; there is no end, it just keeps going and going. When you give up, you get nothing...except tons and tons of spam.
