Yes, it is a lenticulata. In my opinion, they are one of the more attractive pikes. They usually cost quite a bit and are only seldomly available.
Yup, shore tis a lent. Awesome bro. Where did you get it? Do you know the collection area? I wanna say its a Venezuelan but they are a bit harder to come by, UNLESS you got it from John Raymond...aka East Coast Zoological Supply....he has in some Venezuela Lenticulatas right now that are exceptional. I think they are actually the best lookin color strain of lent. available. Either way, you have a NICE lent. BTW....forgot to mention, that lents. are among my fav. Crenicichla.
Yeah i got it from John at east coast zoological. His warehouse is 10 mins from my house! He has some awesome fish there! Stop by if you could!
I hate you...lol...10 minutes from John. I am stuck here in Nebraska...closest GOOD pike importer/LFS is 8 hrs away...SUCKS!! So I have to have all my pikes shipped to me....*sigh*
