a friend of mine who keeps fish just had a massive die off. after tearing down his whole system finaly found one but in his 50 gal water change barrel.
none of the toxins showed up on any test the lfs had or his home ones:irked:
 
Does this really exist? I smoke tobacco and tobacco...lol. But all jokes aside will this really affect my fish? I dont fog out the house with tobacco smoke i just smoke black and milds every 3-4 hours. The house fogs out only with...you know...but is this a serious threat from both smokes?

yea i smoke .... in the same room as well and my fish are fine but yea one would think that the chemicals alone in the cig butts would be enough to kill the most hardy of fish.
 
yeah he smokes but hes not stupid enough to but out in his water change barrel he thinks it might have been the neighbors or thier company
 
I'd kick someones ass if they put a cigarette but in my filter or in my fish tank or ANYWHERE in my house besides the 6" round ash tray I have sitting in the middle of my coffee table.
