Here are two stands im making for my 125 & 135gal tanks. The build has been going slow because of school but im really close to being finished.

I'm so used to seeing stands being over-built (including my own), my first reaction was to worry about swaying with 1300lbs. Although it's amazing how strong vertical plywood is, so I'm sure it will hold up just as well at it looks.

Are you guys all sure about the ability of the stands here to support the weight of filled aquariums?
I dont have any real way to judge if stands like this are strong enough or not because I have never built such a stand, nor do I know anything about what you can get away with in this case.
All I got is a gut feeling, but when I look at them they seem a bit thin to me.
But they are more that strong enough to do the job, over years of use and all the bumps and lifts that may come in the future?
