I'll tell you right now that lobster isn't fake. I've seen one in person at our local marine biology center here in Nova Scotia Canada. It still lives today at the same center. From what I can remember ours is half blueish and half the normal dark color. They say it is half female and half male or something like that but don't expect it to live it's normal life span.
 
The one that was caught 2 years ago went a step further. Not only was it half normal color and half albino, it was also a hermaphrodite with fully functional male and female sex organs.
