Following a lead I got from EFeX I headed of to MERALCO. Meralco is the company that provides the Philippines' power. EFeX had told me that they have 2 Monster Arapaimas in a sort of moat that circles the whole Office building.

When I arrived, I saw 2 Arapaimas 6ft+ long, a TSN that was about 3ft, an Irredescent Shark that was about 2.5ft+ and 2 Pacus that were about 2ft+ also.

Too bad there was too much sun glare and I tried my best to take the best pics I could.

I remember before there was an incident with those two arapimas. Some stupid person threw a barbeque stick at one of the arapimas, the sharp stick penetrated the skin & was sticking out of the body. The owner was so furious, the security guards were given hell.

Hey Jed, there's another private owner of an arapima that about 10 feet, he has it in a pool. During feeding time, he would go down the pool & hand feed the arapima. i'll try to set an appointment with him.

Awesome!!!! I believe the pima pair have been there for 10 years now. Those pima have 1 security personell per fish. Jed, youre like the mailman.... you deliver !!
