yeah he need more room so ima move him in a 20HIGH in a few days then his 4life home gonna be 29HIGH...here some new pics for today his coloring up nicely

Camphilophus;1748082; said:no, you're not going to keep that fish in a 29gallon for life. A 90gallon would be the minimum in my opinion. He will need a tank bigger than 29gallon after he reaches 5". Like everybody told you.. YOU DON'T NEED HEIGHT FOR CICHLIDS, length and width are the only thing that matters.
catfishlover106;1738666; said:looks nice but why won't you just buy him a 55 gallon long or even better a 75 gallon? But why with such high tanks....you leaving your new flowerhorn to grow with such very small footprint to swim back and forth in...just saying...but someone may say the same thing i just did with why go with a taller tank then those better tank with lenght.....those hex are more better useful for those angelfish and discus....not other more robust cichlids like a flowerhorn

Sir-KS;1748868; said:i know....im too lazy maybe a 30GAL or 55GAL im only gonna keep him.
