UGHHH I HAVE TO REWRIGHT THIS LONG THING AGAIN MY COMP. FROZE!!! really im telling you, you cant beat my bad luck heres the story. ok my eel has gone missing for the past week so im finally sick of it and i decided to tear down the tank to find him..plus my nitrate and nitrites are through the roof! so i do a 80% water change, find him, start to refill with the hose pipe. this is where it all starts. the hose water comes out all white and cloudy..at this point my fish are still in the tank. so i scoop them all up put them in my 55 and drain the tank..i leave the room for about 10mins and come back in to check the syphoning its all out the tank but on the FLOOR! im like wtf?!? come to find out there was a small crack in the tub i was using..so i start to clean it up now it took like an hour there was 1" of water in my fishroom (which was thank god made with tile flooring) so im finished cleaning up the mess when i start to smell something burning. plastic. the heater wasnt unplugged during this big delima so it burned through the clips and is ruined now. my oscars start fighting with the fish in the 55 so im like OH GREAT..so yea if you have worse luck than me..i wanna hear it!:shakehead

wow murphy's law not on your side, sorry for your troubles, hope everything tuns for the better

ok when i first got my 125g i had a little 10g with turtles in it. My 125g was not leveled and it cracked along the bottom on a cold day. It was draining so fast and i had to move all my fish into a 10 gallon and put the turtles in the sink. I had to fit 2 Oscars a green terror, a BGK, a lung fish, 6 angel fish, a few gouramis, an I.D shark and im sure a few more. Any the oscars ate all the angel fish the lung fish and a african buterfly fish or w.e its called jumped outta the tank and died, i dont think i ever stressed that much in my life

my electic cat fish tank started leaking and the water ran into the tank below which drowned the betta since they need air at top to breathe... i have no idea why a new tank would just start leaking.. electric cat had barely enough water left in the tank to cover him... needless to say changed the tank.. etc.. took out water from the overflowing bottom tank... they are small tanks but the mess brought back memories of when my 230 pacu tank exploded..... so i know how you feel...but it will get better.

that sucks =[

thanks for the support guys. i moved a couple of the fish back in to the tank that got messed up since the oscars were chasing them all night long i had about (6) 4"-7" fish all scared huddled in this tiny cave in the corner...no fish were lost, even though it actually would have been better if the oscars ate the tetras (they are aggervaiting and just take up space in the other tank)..

pwned.

sorry, just had to say it ;) it happens to all of us at some point :)
