Can someone tell me how to tell the difference between the male and female adult Chr. sp. 'Atabapo I'
. I have an adult 12" pair. I regularly vent African cichlids does the same concept apply to Chrenicichla?
The only differences I notice are the dorsal fin on one has equal white as well as black coloration, and the other fish has more black in the dorsal with a touch of white at the end of the dorsal. The fish with more black than white in the dorsal has a larger and brighter red coloration on its gills.
