as far as i know HITH is not contagious and as long as they are put into a tank where conditions are good and are fed varied diet it should be fine, though for 3 Os you would need very big tank what size is your tank? and NP i love Os though i havnt had one in a long time now but i still have a big soft spot for them

Right now the two i have are in a 55. But they are going to be moved into a 140 in the next couple of weeks. They are alone in the 55 and will be alone in the 140. My sister had a couple of O's and i've grown up around a couple and when i finally got a tank big enough i went and got some. They are great fish.

yeah you could do 3 Os in a 140 though you would have to watch for aggression in the off chance you get a pair or if 2 males start fighting

I feed my oscars hikari gold , crickets, guppies when I have them available , shrimp worms and so far I have not found a food that they will not eat lol
