My Tank Setup

Any Tiger keepers?

I am curious how many of us keep tigers? How long have you kept them? How big did they get?

Any thoughts welcome.
Respectfully,
FireMedic.

I've had a few over the years, not too many though. They were all imported as adults at 28" or more. Got pretty big for me once they took food. All of them were a pain to get eating, and most needed to be tubed for a week or so.

I've got 2 males which I got about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago. Wouldn't eat for the first couple weeks till I got some blackworms. They are both about 18-22" and are not aggressive eaters at all, but they are by themselves and not in a community so that may make a difference.

I've got a 11" Tiger Ray...eats like a pig. He's housed with 2 pairs of Leo's and 2 Henlei.

Beautiful. Really beautiful. Is that a wild catch? Did he start eating immediately? Some say tiger needs a little higher temps (~27C) is that what you have?
